The Kin of Jormungandr

The Kin of Jormungandr is a visual novel dating sim for players who like superhero settings played mostly for laughs. It leans into meme humor and a light, self-aware tone rather than anything serious.

Story

After getting jumped by a group of villains, the protagonist is rescued by a superhero girl and ends up enrolled at a school built for people with powers. From there, the setup follows him settling into this new world of capes, classmates, and the fallout of that first encounter.

Gameplay

Play moves between point-and-click exploration of the school setting and story scenes told through dialogue and choices. Combat encounters are resolved through quick time events rather than open fighting systems, keeping fights short and reaction-based. Outside of combat, the focus stays on talking to the cast and following the school's superhero storyline forward.
