Jigsaw Stories is a puzzle-driven visual novel for players who like romance mixed with a bit of a challenge. The tone stays playful and teasing rather than heavy.

Story

Six characters each carry their own arc, told through pieces of their personal lives rather than a straightforward narrative. Diary entries and phone messages fill in the details between scenes, letting players piece together who each character is as their stories unfold.

Gameplay

Progress comes from solving jigsaw puzzles that unlock the next scene in a character's storyline. Episodes are broken into levels with multiple scenes apiece, usually opening with an easier puzzle before the content escalates as the episode continues. Since there are six separate character paths, players choose whose story to advance and in what order.
