Story

Kislev is gripped by a strange illness that officials insist is nothing more than a cold, even as the signs point to something worse. The hero considers leaving the city behind but stays too long, and now must decide how to spend whatever time remains inside a place that no longer feels safe.

Gameplay

Play follows a male protagonist making dialogue choices that shape his standing with the women around him, from flirtation to more intimate encounters. Outside of conversations, he can spend money on cars and jewelry, explore a sandbox version of the city, and take part in side activities like a lottery mini-game for extra cash. Progress is driven by working through in-game days and events rather than a single fixed script.
