Farah the Otherworld Hero is a 2D RPG for players who want corruption-driven adult stories with a sandbox structure. The tone shifts from earnest fantasy adventure to something far more uncomfortable.

Story

Farah is a warrior descended from a line of heroes, traveling with her companions Geborg and Recolith to defeat the Demon King. When the group opens a door to another world, only Farah is pulled through, landing alone in Hiwaicho, a modern Japanese town filled with men driven by open sexual desire. Cut off from her companions and her own world, she has to find a way back to the Rune Continent and finish what she set out to do.

Gameplay

Players guide Farah through Hiwaicho's streets and locations in a sandbox format, managing her days as she encounters the town's residents. Her purity and inexperience make her a target, and repeated exposure to the town's men gradually shapes her behavior and choices. Progress ties her exploration of the town to her prospects of finding a route home and back to the war against the Demon King.
