Overview
Among Cults is a 2D adult adventure for players who want dark fantasy encounters with monster girls. The tone leans dangerous and uncertain rather than cozy.
Story
Waking up without any memory of his past, the protagonist finds himself in a world populated by monster girls whose charm hides real danger. He sets out to learn who he is and where he came from, knowing that some encounters may end in affection and others may end with him devoured whole.
Gameplay
Players guide the amnesiac protagonist through a side-scrolling world, talking to and interacting with various monster girl inhabitants to uncover clues about his past. Choices during these encounters shape whether a meeting turns into something intimate or something fatal, with animated scenes marking key story moments. Progress unfolds through exploration and dialogue rather than combat, with the outcome of each relationship left open to the player's choices.
