Altered is a pixel art adult adventure for players who want gay furry action with transformation and mind-control themes. The tone leans tense and explicit rather than comedic.

Story

Kaelin, a fox belonging to an Eborian special unit, trains inside a combat simulation meant to prepare him for retrieving rogue Ebonshapes, sentient latex-like beings capable of assimilating and transforming other creatures. During this training session, Kaelin discovers that the Ebonshapes aren't the only threats waiting inside the simulated world.

Gameplay

Combat plays out in real time, with Kaelin drawing on latent magic to fight and to work through puzzle-like obstacles as he explores the simulation. New abilities open up over time, expanding both how he fights and how he moves through each zone. Arousal works as its own pressure alongside physical damage, and letting it climb too high leaves Kaelin open to enemies grabbing him for scenes rather than just taking a hit.
