After School Lewd Club is a 2D RPG for players who want a dark, corruption-focused visual story with a female protagonist. The tone is grim and explicit rather than romantic.

Story

Yui Kinase becomes student council president just as her school is disrupted by voyeurism and theft. Investigating the incidents alongside the council pulls her into danger instead of resolving it, and she ends up assaulted and held captive by the vice president. What follows charts her loss of control over her own life, tracked across separate routes that each end in pregnancy and childbirth.

Gameplay

Play moves through Yui's school days as an RPG framework guiding her from council duties into the escalating incidents around her. Choices steer which of the routes unfolds, each following a different partner through to conception and birth. Scenes are illustrated with cross-section detail showing conception and pregnancy progressing in explicit stages, and the game runs about three to four hours to complete.
