Overview
30 Days is a 3DCG adult adventure for players who want a dystopian reality-show setup with a large rotating cast. The tone is tense and competitive rather than lighthearted.
Story
More than twenty contestants, each carrying their own hopes and hidden secrets, are recruited for an extreme reality show. As the competition unfolds, they discover that elimination here carries a far darker meaning than they expected, and surviving all thirty days of forced coexistence becomes a real question rather than a formality.
Gameplay
Players follow the male protagonist through daily competition and coexistence with the other contestants, navigating conversations and events that shift as the show progresses. Choices affect how relationships with fellow contestants develop and who is at risk of being eliminated. Dialogue-heavy scenes are paired with animated sequences as the cast narrows over the course of the show.
Features
- Large ensemble cast of over twenty contestants with individual secrets and arcs
- Animated 3DCG scenes built around the show's competitive events
- Dystopian reality-show setting distinct from typical slice-of-life adult games
Installation
1. Extract and run.
Changelog
v0.6b
- New images: 1,286, for a grand total of 7,698.
- 13 new animations (there are actually 14 new video files, but one is an identical variant with the only difference being a stain on MC, so it doesn't count).
- 23,369 words of new dialogue, bringing the total to more than 131k words just for dialogue.
- 3 new sound effects.
- Small modification to the main menu (Patreon and Itch buttons, game logo with version number).
- Second probable death for our MC. Although it's hard to get, it's there, so watch out.
- Now it's possible (only applies to events in this version) to get different outcomes without closing the game, just by loading a saved game or sometimes simply rolling back a bit. Didn't like how something turned out? No problem, load your last save and it's highly likely you'll get a different result.
- Full game guide in Developer Commentary format (not available for Android). The guide features 104 notes packed with all kinds of information, including key spots to save your game if you want to check out extra stuff, which is especially useful during the Normal Mode of the competition. Over 9,500 words... but it contains major spoilers, so watch out, I recommend not turning it on if it's your first time playing.
- This update is the Normal Mode of the competition and its subsequent events, so to play it, you must have a save point at the moment Mother gives the GO! to the women. Not after that.
- You should have it because that was the exact end point of version 0.5.8.
- It's always worth reminding you, it'll be next to impossible to catch every single dialogue and image; even with the help of the guide later on, it's a completely wild task in some cases (the women reaching the finish line, for example).
- For the content in this update, you don't need to exit the game to load a saved game and get a different outcome.
- The in-game guide can be enabled or disabled at any time from the Preferences menu and is turned off by default. However, I recommend not enabling it until you've played the game at least once.
