Overview

Zoolux Eternum is a text-based sci-fi adventure for players who want dark, adult-themed exploration over fast action. The tone stays grim and clinical, more about discovery than romance.

Story

Auren Thal works as a collector for the Zoolithic Exchange, a corporation that pays him to capture exotic lifeforms for galactic zoos and research labs. The job sends him through alien worlds and forgotten star systems, where the creatures he's sent to gather hide secrets the corporation never mentioned.

Gameplay

Play centers on traveling between planets and galactic objects, scanning and capturing alien lifeforms, and reading through text-driven encounters that reveal each world's dangers. Many of these encounters turn hostile or coercive, with mind-controlled captors, hostile fauna, and multi-party confrontations as recurring threats. Progress comes from working through planets one at a time, uncovering new creatures and missions as the collector's reach expands.
