World Isekai Red Eyes

World Isekai Red Eyes is a 3DCG adult visual novel for players who want fantasy harem stories with a strange, off-kilter premise. The tone mixes dark comedy with the absurdity of its setting.

Story

Killed and revived by a group of Goddesses, a nineteen-year-old former NEET wakes up in a world where men have lost their virility and reverted to an infantile state. Something else is wrong too: a strange affliction known as the Red Eyes Disease has taken hold of the remaining population, and the reasons behind both crises, and the Goddesses' true intentions, unfold as the story continues.

Gameplay

Play unfolds through narrative chapters told in 3D rendered scenes, where the protagonist meets and interacts with the women of this altered world. Choices and dialogue guide relationships as the mystery around the virus and the disease deepens, with new areas and story beats opening up as the plot advances. A quest log and guide help keep track of where to go and what to do during exploration segments.
