Overview
Witch Potions - Craft of Lust is a 2D fantasy RPG for players who want a morally flexible tale of magic and temptation. The tone stays playful and open-ended, letting choices carry real weight.
Story
Rena, a young witch, has arrived in a world without gods but full of powerful factions, strange cults, and travelers from other realities. Guests come to her seeking potions and advice, and how she treats them—guiding them toward kindness, servitude, or ruin—shapes the friends and enemies she makes as the story unfolds along branching paths.
Gameplay
Playing as Rena, you brew potions and receive visitors at your cauldron, deciding how to handle each request through persuasion, deception, or seduction. Every choice is tracked, feeding into a management loop where relationships with recurring characters shift depending on past decisions, and consequences surface later in the narrative rather than right away.
Features
- Branching outcomes shaped by a memory system that tracks prior choices
- A cast of monster girls, demons, and otherworldly visitors with distinct requests
- Animated, voiced scenes tied to the potion-crafting loop
- Mixed setting of witchcraft and steam-powered technology, from airships to carriages
Installation
1. Extract and run.
Changelog
v0.2.5a
- Various bug fixes
v0.2.5
- Fixed numerous bugs from previous versions of the game;
- A story hook has been added to the game, and you’ll now see a new teaser that explains Rena’s arrival in this world in more detail;
- We’re revamping the hint system;
- Many players complained that the hints were unclear, so we’re overhauling the entire system, and your Familiar will now be responsible for the initial tutorial;
- Voiced lines have been added for characters you’re already familiar with;
- New background characters have been added to the tavern to create an atmosphere of fun and camaraderie over a mug of beer;
- We’ve revamped the visuals for some characters;
- We’ve added new story-driven dialogues with characters;
- We’ve added localization for Chinese, Korean, and French, but we used machine translation, so it may not be accurate. This is a temporary measure, with all its inherent flaws, until we secure the budget for a full-scale translation. By the way, if anyone speaks any of these languages and has a strong desire to help us, please get in touch.
