Winthrop Academy is a 2D management simulator for players who want a strict, discipline-focused school setting. The tone is stern and businesslike, built around control rather than romance.

Gameplay

You play as the head of a reform school, managing women aged 18-21 by assigning them tasks and administering spankings to raise their discipline levels. Higher discipline makes inmates more productive when placed in the school's art area, so the core loop is about balancing correction with output. Progress comes from tracking each woman's discipline and deciding where her labor is best spent.
