Venomous Smiles is a dating sim for players who want gothic horror mixed with romance. It leans into a quiet, unsettling tone rather than cheap scares.

Story

Dan, a vampire whose life stopped in the 1960s, still serves Cyra, the older vampire who made him and who now maneuvers for standing among the city's night-dwelling elite. His footing gets shakier when unfamiliar vampires arrive in town, his sister comes back from a long, unexplained trip to Tibet, and Cyra disappears without a word.

Gameplay

Play unfolds through dialogue and choices as Dan deals with the people and vampires around him, with conversations shaping how relationships and tensions develop over time. The 3DCG presentation carries most of the horror atmosphere, pairing quieter character scenes with a mystery the player pieces together as the missing threads surface.
