Overview

UrbanHeat is a 2D visual novel for players who want slow-burn seaside romance with a voyeuristic edge. The tone stays warm and a little mischievous rather than dramatic.

Story

After a painful breakup, the protagonist moves to Sunshore, a quiet coastal village that promises a calm reset. That calm doesn't last: behind the neighbors' friendly smiles are hidden desires and odd favors, and fitting in means learning what people are willing to hide from each other.

Gameplay

Play as a male protagonist settling into village life, meeting neighbors and taking on small personal quests that reveal more about them over time. Movement between locations follows a sandbox structure, with new areas opening up as the story progresses and certain moments rewarding a closer look rather than a direct approach.
