Overview
Unreal Bellyful Life is a 3D sandbox for players who want a kink-focused, open-ended toy box rather than a scripted story. The tone is playful and low-pressure, built around a specific fetish idea rather than dramatic stakes.
Gameplay
Players move through a small town with a day/night cycle and roaming NPCs, using interactive belly-stuffing mechanics with food, air, and water on themselves and others. A streamlined action system ties these interactions together, letting players buy food items like pizza from the general store and track weight gain over time. Progress and stats for the player and other characters can be checked from a dedicated stats screen.

- added 16 new characters into the town! 3 of them are visitors (they don't live in the town but only commute there daily). Each NPC has their daily schedules, they sleep, goto work, and hang out at shops.
- Time stop: **You can stop time and inflate anyone**! However Remy's model was corrupted so I can't update her for now, also the inflated bellies are super janky cus I'll rework them in the future
- added a beach next to the town, right in Ayume's backyard. If you walk a bit to the right you can see some beachgoers.
- Ayume got a better character model with more mature figure
- Exercises: Ayume can now work out in the gym and get buffed (right now the effect is only visual).
- NPC status menu: equivalent to the status menu in 2D bellyful life
- New Dialogue system: You can now talk to NPCs, each NPC has two dialogue options, one is to introduce themselves, and the other option is to ask them what they are doing throughout the day
- NPC ramblings: NPCs will ramble random things based on their activity throughout the day
