Ultimate Sissy Simulator is a 3DCG adult simulation for players interested in transformation and mind control themes with a dominant, femdom-leaning tone. It plays as a slow, methodical character-driven experience rather than a fast-paced game.

Gameplay

You build a male character and work through a network of contacts, using persuasion and manipulation to get them to agree to increasingly compromising requests. Once a contact accepts, you shift into a training phase, using conditioning and mind control to reinforce the ideas you've planted until they fully embrace their new sissy identity. Progress depends on managing multiple contacts at once, each at a different stage of persuasion or conditioning.
