Overview
Twisted World is a 3D adult adventure for players who want fantasy harem stories with a rougher, chaotic edge. It plays with sandbox exploration and pairs that with a heavy dose of dark humor.
Story
A man wakes up in a parallel dimension where gender roles have flipped entirely: women hold power and carry a man's libido, while men have taken on the shyness and passivity once expected of women. A past pandemic wiped out most of the male population, so the ruling women enacted strict protections around the few men left, but their own enforced abstinence has pushed society toward frustration, lawlessness, and rape. The protagonist is one of the last men with his original drive intact, and the world's balance now shifts around whatever he chooses to do with that.
Gameplay
Players move through this reversed world from a first-person male perspective, meeting the women and monster girls who now compete for his attention. The sandbox structure lets you decide how to spend time and who to pursue, mixing dialogue-driven encounters with adventure segments across different locations. Choices shape which relationships develop and how far the protagonist leans into the power he holds in this world.
