Overview

Transylvania is a 2D visual novel for players who want dark fantasy horror with a strong corruption theme. The tone is unsettling and slow-burning, mixing dread with temptation.

Story

Alex, a poor student, takes a summer job as a receptionist at the Crooked Elm, a hotel buried deep in a Transylvanian mountain village. The village and its residents are not what they first appear, and each hour on the job pulls Alex further into strange, dangerous happenings tied to the region's secrets.

Gameplay

Players guide Alex through the hotel and village, making choices that determine whether he resists the forces working on him or gives in to them. Decisions shape encounters with the village's monstrous and human inhabitants alike, with paths leading toward either a return to normal life or a full transformation into something else. Multiple endings track how far that change goes.
