Touhou Deranged Dungeon of Lust is a turn-based RPG for players who want a grim monster-girl captivity story with a fantasy parody setting. It plays it straight, leaning on tension and combat rather than jokes.

Story

Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya and Youmu are seized by a band of goblins and dragged into an underground dungeon to be kept as sex slaves. Reimu breaks free of her cell first and has to fight her way through the goblins' stronghold, with the fate of the other three prisoners resting on whether she can reach them in time.

Gameplay

Players guide Reimu through dungeon floors built in RPG Maker MZ, fighting goblin enemies in turn-based battles styled after Shin Megami Tensei and Persona. Progress means clearing rooms, managing Reimu's condition against capture, and pushing deeper to find and free the other captured girls.
