The Starlit Oasis

The Starlit Oasis is a visual novel for players who want fantasy harem stories with a slower, narrative-driven pace. It leans into a fish-out-of-water setup, following an ordinary man thrown into an unfamiliar, female-ruled world.

Story

Generations after mankind's isolated island was pulled into the world of Halmond, humans live under the rule of five matriarchal races. Considered exotic and desirable by their new overlords, some humans are sold into service at brothels built around that appeal. The story follows one man bought into the Starlit Oasis, one of the finest such houses, as he adjusts to his new life and meets the women who run and visit it.

Gameplay

Played as a kinetic novel, the game moves the player through the protagonist's daily life and encounters at the brothel, unfolding scenes and relationships with the women of Halmond's various races. Choices are minimal; the focus stays on reading through the unfolding story and its cast rather than managing systems or exploring freely.
