Overview

The Pills is a text-based CYOA-style adult game for players who enjoy open-ended transformation stories with a playful, unpredictable tone. It suits readers who like choosing their own path rather than following a fixed script.

Story

A young man receives a bag of mysterious pills, each color triggering a different physical or mental change. What he becomes, and who he becomes it with, depends entirely on the choices made along the way.

Gameplay

Play unfolds as a series of choices following John's life after he starts taking the pills. Selecting different colored pills pushes his body and mind in different directions, from masculinization or feminization to bimbofication, domination, submission, and beyond, with combinations leading to distinct outcomes. Choices branch toward one of many possible endings, encouraging replay to see how different pill combinations play out.

About v0.5.x:
In this version of The Pills , you get to play John's life after taking the pills in a short CYOA-type game. Don't expect a Life-Sim or anything like that. But at least, you'll be able to choose who he tries to flirt with.
Currently, only a handful of endings are available (mostly with Emma). More will come in future releases. Stay tuned!
About v0.4l:
I've finalized the effects of the 16 pills. John can acquire 216 different TFs, 96 different Mind Changes and acquire 68 unique skills. That's no counting 16 penis sizes, 5 clitoris sizes and 15 breast sizes. Phew!
About v0.3f:
This version is barely a game. You have a choice of x-pills to ingest, and when you're done, the game summarizes what happens in the following year. There's no other choice once you've chosen the pills. So you can 'finish' a playthrough in 30 seconds. But there's 272 different endings to find (plus a couple of secret endings). All the fun is in finding all of these.
