The Minimum Project

The Minimum Project is a 3D adult adventure for players who like size-based peril mixed with school-life absurdity. It plays out with a tense, slightly comic tone rather than a grim one.

Story

Hiroshi, a short but otherwise ordinary student at Saisho Academy, agrees to help the science club president test one of her inventions. The experiment backfires, shrinking him to a hundredth of his normal size. Now he has to find someone willing and able to restore him, all while staying out of the way of giantesses around campus who could crush him without even noticing.

Gameplay

You explore the academy and its grounds from a drastically altered scale, sneaking past or interacting with oversized characters who may help or harm you depending on how you approach them. Progress comes through exploring the sandbox environment, managing risk with each encounter, and pursuing leads that might reverse the shrinking. Choices affect whether you're treated as a curiosity, a toy, or a threat to be eliminated.
