Overview
The Imperial Gatekeeper is a 2D adventure for players who want a management-driven adult sim with a darker, dominant edge. It plays with a steady, matter-of-fact tone rather than a comedic one.
Story
Til was a respected soldier during the war, but peacetime has left him reassigned to a post at an immigration bureau instead of the battlefield. Resentful of the demotion, he takes up his new position anyway, and what happens at his "station" becomes the game's focus.
Gameplay
Play centers on running the gatekeeper post as a sandbox management setup, deciding how to handle those who pass through under Til's authority. Point-and-click navigation moves the player between menus and scenes, with choices steering how much control and leverage Til exercises over the people he processes. Animated 2D scenes mark the outcomes of these decisions.

- During Olivea's back pose, her facial expressions are not displayed correctly in certain scenes.
- If use to auto mode during oral insertion, it will display the texts for genital insertion.
- Using a slave pen on a character created with the edit function does not reflect the character's appearance.
- If the base of the edit character is in the slave state, the appearance will not be reflected correctly in the edit menu.
- In the sandbox, the lewdness state is not correctly determined when changing sexual experience.
- Immediately after using the Slave Pen, an error occurs when checking the character from the notebook.
- Characters whose sexual experience was not properly stored in previous versions will have their sexual experience reset in the latest version.
