Overview
The Gilded Ladder is a dating sim for players who want an office-set harem story with a loose, mischievous tone. It leans into workplace chaos rather than drama, keeping things playful throughout.
Story
A male scientist takes a job at Gilded Cosmetics to help develop new products, only to find an office culture built on boundary-crossing behavior from day one. He keeps his position regardless of the choices he makes, but those choices shape how his coworkers treat him and how far things go.
Gameplay
Players guide the protagonist through daily office life, making decisions in conversations and situations that determine which coworkers he grows close to. Romance paths cover straight, gay, and trans interests, and players can pursue or sidestep them freely. Choices carry consequences for relationships and scenes, but the job itself is never at risk.
