Story

Aboard the massive ship Purge, humans and other species from across the galaxy are forced to coexist under a strict hierarchy. As a human near the end of a nine-year term of forced service, you expect to finally return to Earth, only to discover that your service was never meant to end in freedom. With a group of trusted friends, you now have to find a way off the ship while working against the plans of those who rule over it.

Gameplay

Play centers on managing encounters and choices as you move through the ship's stages and chapters, balancing orders from both the ruling humans and the ship's creatures. Strategy elements shape how you approach each stage, including boss encounters, while story chapters and a hidden base tie the run together.
