Story

STALWART, a superhero organization in New York City, is losing the public's trust. Michael Sharpe, a photographer with little left to lose, is recruited by the group's leader, Anna Morgenstern, to help repair the heroes' public image. As he gets closer to the people behind the masks, he finds his own place in STALWART is tied to something bigger, and someone is working to make sure he never finds out what.

Gameplay

Players follow Michael's story through visual novel scenes while managing a card game layer built around STALWART's heroes; the card game can be turned off entirely for players who only want the narrative. Choices shape how Michael's relationships with the heroes develop as he uncovers the organization's secrets.
