Story

When the curse known as "Fear of Nothing" strikes Calm Island, anyone touched by it dies or falls unconscious, and Cecilia's fiancé Roy becomes one of its victims while trying to seal it away. To reverse the curse, eight "Exorcism Skulls" scattered across the island must be gathered and placed on an altar. Making this harder is a second curse, the "Fear of Pleasure," which targets women by draining their strength through relentless obscene assault, leaving them unable to resist or escape. Cecilia sets out with four companions chosen for their resistance to fear, hoping to collect the skulls, free Roy, and restore the island before the curse claims her as well.

Gameplay

Players guide Cecilia and her party across Calm Island in an RPG-sandbox structure, exploring locations, fighting enemies, and tracking down the Exorcism Skulls needed to lift the curse. Because the "Fear of Pleasure" singles out female characters, encounters carry a constant risk of Cecilia or her allies being overwhelmed and incapacitated mid-mission, adding a layer of tension to routine exploration and combat. Progress depends on managing the party's strength against both curses while piecing together the altar ritual needed to end the threat.
