Overview
Struggle Simulator is a 2D vore-focused adult game for players who want a tense, body-horror take on predator and prey encounters. The tone is claustrophobic and repetitive by design, built around one central question rather than a branching story.
Gameplay
The player takes on the role of prey trying to escape from inside a pred's stomach, working against digestion and time. Play centers on a belly struggle mini-game where choices like rescue or absorb affect the outcome, alongside swallow and vore scenes tied to different pred types and situations. Both male and female protagonists can be caught, and encounters play out from a close, personal point of view. Scat content exists in these scenes but can be turned off.
