Stray Incubus

Stray Incubus is a 3D adult RPG for players who want a monster-girl fantasy with a mix of horror and dark humor. It leans on strategy and simulation elements rather than pure visual novel pacing, so the tone stays adventurous and a little grim.

Story

After a war between races ends with a demon race nearly wiped out, one warrior chooses mercy over orders and spares a demon child, raising him herself. Years later that child has grown into an adult incubus who leaves home to make his own way in the world, carrying the weight of a race that was almost erased.

Gameplay

Players guide the incubus through an open-ended world built around RPG progression, combat encounters, and strategic choices that shape which characters he meets and how those encounters unfold. Exploration is mixed with sandbox-style free roam, letting players decide when to push the story forward and when to pursue side paths, relationships, or optional content at their own pace.
