Story

In a city overrun by mutated implant-addicts, a special ops squad investigates Divinexus, a corporation transforming people into hybrid creatures under the influence of a strange AI-entity called C.O.R.E. As missions uncover more about the cult behind the transformations, the squad closes in on the truth linking technology, control, and the mutations spreading through the city.

Gameplay

Players direct a squad of agents through missions, managing skills and stress while capturing suspects and interrogating detainees for information. Between operations, the game shifts into base management: upgrading agents, running research, and deciding how to handle captured targets. The loop mixes tactical decisions with narrative scenes as the investigation into Divinexus progresses.
