Special Case

Special Case is a 2D point-and-click adventure for players who like detective stories mixed with romance and voyeuristic encounters. It plays with a wry, small-town noir tone rather than pure spectacle.

Story

A new law throws Leon's quiet life into disorder, and his boss, an old-school private detective, drags him along as an assistant. Leon ends up investigating a string of odd cases in his town, each one pulling him deeper into local secrets and, along the way, into unexpected romantic and sexual entanglements. Whether he sorts out the truth or gets swallowed by it is left to the player.

Gameplay

Playing as Leon, you move through point-and-click investigation scenes, gathering clues and reacting to the people and situations each case throws at him. Choices shape how he handles the town's mysteries and the women he meets along the way, blending detective busywork with dating-sim style interactions and voyeuristic peeks into other people's business.
