Socially Awkward is a furry visual novel for players who want character-driven romance with an emotional, slow-burn tone. It favors quiet introspection over spectacle.

Story

Rknight is a half-breed cat starting his first year of college, unsure of himself and out of his depth socially. As he settles into campus life, he crosses paths with classmates whose pasts and personalities shape how his own story unfolds, and piecing together their histories becomes a way of understanding the world he's just entered.

Gameplay

Play unfolds day by day, moving through campus locations and conversations as rknight. Choices steer which characters you spend time with and how relationships develop, with emotional reactions and dialogue cues doing most of the work in revealing who each person is. Progress comes from paying attention to those cues as much as from any single decision.
