Overview
Siren Song is a visual novel for players who want a slower-paced family drama with romance and voyeuristic undertones. The tone leans character-driven rather than fast-paced.
Story
Charlotte "Charlie" Cooper is about to turn eighteen and had summer plans with her friends until her mother left for work overseas. With no one else to watch her, she's sent on tour for the summer with her estranged father Bobby, a modestly successful singer/songwriter she barely knows. Neither of them wants to be stuck together in a van for months, but Bobby has to find a way to win back his daughter's trust while showing her what his life on the road is really like.
Gameplay
The game follows a kinetic, choice-light narrative style, moving through scenes of Bobby and Charlotte's tour as their relationship shifts. Player input mostly shapes names and pacing rather than branching outcomes, with the story unfolding through dialogue, rendered scenes, and music-driven sequences tied to Bobby's performances.

Changelog
v0.3.2
- Here is version 0.3.2 which should resolve the sticking issues during some scenes. Basically, I disabled clicking through pauses to ensure that the songs synced up to the images during the performance, then botched the part that re-enables clicking through pauses afterwards. WHOOPS! Anyway, this version fixes that. It also addresses a few typos, a part where I think I mixed up some images during the backstage scene, and I replaced a render of Sophie where the graphic on her shirt was floating away.
- I am hoping that this resolves 99% of any issues that needed immediate attention. Please continue to report any other errors so I can add them to version 0.3.3 if needed.
- You will most likely need to start a new game/begin from a save before Bobby’s parking lot performance to make sure the fix takes effect.
