Single Again

Single Again is a 3DCG visual novel for players who want a slower, character-driven story about starting over after loss. The tone leans warm and dramatic rather than comedic.

Story

Frank, a widower on the verge of divorce, moves back into the loft he once shared with his late wife, a place he swore he'd never return to. Settling back in forces him to rebuild his life, and along the way he finds unexpected companionship with the people around him, including his adopted daughter Abigail, her step sister Lilith, Lilith's older sister Rebecca, and a couple, Vanessa and Elizabeth, who he ends up working for.

Gameplay

The story unfolds from Frank's first-person perspective, told mostly through reading with occasional choices woven into the narrative. Rather than tracking hidden points, the game leans on a handful of meaningful decisions, some made in passing, that can reshape later scenes hours or days down the line. The focus stays on dialogue and character reactions over frequent branching menus.
