Overview
Sicktrace! is a 3D dating sim and RPG for players who like slow-burn college romance stories with a grounded tone. It favors character moments over spectacle, letting relationships develop at their own pace.
Story
The story follows a young man who leaves his small hometown to start college life somewhere new. Away from everything familiar, he has to navigate unfamiliar routines, new people, and the pull of relationships that could take him in different directions. The choices made along the way shape which friendships turn into something more.
Gameplay
Play unfolds through point-and-click exploration of a campus sandbox, where the protagonist moves between locations, meets classmates, and builds relationships over time. Conversations and choices steer which characters grow closer to him, while freeroam scenes let players opt into social events or skip them for a smaller, quieter path through the day. Progress comes from balancing school life with the people worth paying attention to.

- is ready, with 1,347 renders in total. This update mainly focuses on Amie, Milica and Stacey. Tatum, Evangeline and Jordy also appear in this update, with Jordy making her first appearance here.
- The main part of the update is a freeroam scene centered around the party at Gunner’s house. You don’t have to attend it if you don’t want to, you can skip past it and get access to a smaller freeroam event instead, which is mostly there so you can check your phone and look for magazines.
- I also added a new bathroom scene in Chapter 1 during the girls’ party. It’s meant to give a little more insight early on into why Tatum is the way she is.
- And as always, I spent some time improving the game’s code, fixing grammar and re rendering a few older and later scenes where needed.
- v01.3.2 EXPANDED
- The update includes an extended opening scene , visual improvements to several existing scenes, and minor fixes .
- As for the walkthrough, we’ve prepared one for the current version, but since the game is still in development, things keep changing and being adjusted. To avoid confusion and unnecessary clutter, we’ll release the full walkthrough once Season 1 is complete.

- We discovered a bug that occurred after getting the "Fuck off" when you refuse Amie's offer. Unfortunately, this issue prevented players from progressing to the garden. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and have fixed it promptly upon noticing it.
- Chapter 1 - v0.1 Fix
- One of our character's name "Kyle", raised some eyebrows and caused a bit of confusion, so we've decided to change it to Kylie because we don't want the community to be divided over it and because we value your feedback.
- This led to a minor issue with the task bar where Kyle's task wasn't being completed, but we've fixed it in the latest update.
