Shroud is a 3D sci-fi adventure for players who want a grim, atmospheric setting mixed with adult content. It leans toward dark humor and danger rather than a light, easygoing tone.

Story

After the apocalypse poisoned the surface of the world, humanity survives aboard a massive airship drifting above toxic mists. Born on the ship and having never seen the ground below, the protagonist joins its resource-gathering team, an elite crew tasked with descending into the mist-covered wilds to secure the materials that keep the flying city alive. Each expedition into the clouds risks exposing old secrets tied to the world's collapse.

Gameplay

Play centers on managing missions as part of the resource-gathering crew, moving between the airship's decks and expeditions into the toxic land below. The RPG-style progression and sandbox structure let players balance preparation, exploration, and encounters with the people and creatures tied to each mission, with choices and combat/cutscene moments woven into the run.
