Overview

Story

As the Chief Administrative Officer of the Shogunate, the protagonist gains access to the Talisman of Eternal Courtesy, an object capable of bending Raiden Shogun's will. The premise follows how this authority is used and how Raiden's behavior shifts in response over time.
