Story

Ray Nochi, a former fixer, returns to his home island at his uncle's invitation to keep a low profile. Instead of rest, he inherits a crumbling hospital, old debts, and unresolved tension from his past. A shark-tailed stranger's arrival, a persistently teasing nurse, and an unexplained ache in his chest complicate his attempt at a quiet life, pulling him back into choices he thought he'd left behind.

Gameplay

Players guide Ray through an open island, splitting time between repairing and running the hospital, managing money and supplies, and improving his home. Dialogue choices and tone shape which scenes unlock and how relationships with the island's residents develop, including the unpredictable shark-girl. Progress is nonlinear, so the order of tasks and conversations changes what the story shows next.
