Story

Starting over in a new city, the protagonist takes a job at a real estate agency, where a magnetic boss and demanding clients set the tone for what's ahead. The first day becomes a test: two clients arrive, each needing to be read correctly and handled well, with the outcome shaping how the protagonist is seen at work and beyond.

Gameplay

Every conversation runs through branching dialogue trees, where the questions asked and the details noticed determine what happens next. Matching clients to the right property requires paying attention to what they actually say, and each meeting can end in a Perfect Sale, Partial Interest, Bad Offer, or Client Walkout depending on how well the player negotiates. Performance also feeds into how the boss reacts, adding a second layer of pressure beyond the sale itself.
