Overview
Sex Change Contract and Molester Girl is an RPG-strategy adult game for players who want a body-swap premise with a lighter, comedic tone mixed into harsher content. The mood swings between playful humiliation and outright grim setups, depending on the encounter.
Story
A serial groper wakes up transformed into a woman by a self-proclaimed god, who sets one condition for turning him back: collect 1000ml of sperm. Stripped of the body and power he once used against others, he now has to navigate a world of monster girls and predators from the other side of the encounter, chasing a goal that keeps putting him in the position he used to put women in.
Gameplay
Play centers on a sandbox map layered with turn-based arena battles, where combat losses and story events push the protagonist into a string of sexual encounters tied to the sperm-collection goal. Between fights, the player manages movement and choices across locations, with monster girls, tentacled creatures, and other characters acting as both obstacles and sources of the fluid needed to reverse the transformation. Outcomes branch toward multiple endings depending on how battles and encounters are handled.

- When the full version of the game was first released, there was no special ending designed for a virgin clear.
- However, after seeing how many players enthusiastically challenged themselves to finish the game as a virgin, I decided to add a hidden ending for it.
- Since a hidden ending without any CG would be too dull, I asked the illustrator to create a special hidden CG.
- You can view the full image by clearing the game as a virgin.
- (The preview shown on this page is only a partial image. This hidden CG cannot be viewed in the Scene Replay; it can only be seen through the hidden virgin ending.)
- Players who have already cleared the game as a virgin don’t need to replay from the beginning — simply load a save before the ending, and the hidden CG will appear.
- Note:
- For those who want to try a virgin clear, you don’t need to aim for the True Ending.
- As long as your character remains a virgin, you can unlock this hidden CG.

- When Endless Mode is enabled, you will not be forced into the ending at week 97—you can continue playing indefinitely. If you wish to enter the ending, an option will appear in the schedule menu.
- Endless Mode unlocks after clearing the True Ending. For those who haven’t reached it yet, I recommend trying to clear it yourself. But if you find it too difficult, there are guides and strategies shared by players in the Steam Discussions and Guides.
