Overview
Secrets of the Family is a 3D dating sim for players who like slower, family-centered drama with a personal, character-driven tone. It suits readers who prefer quiet tension over fast action.
Story
Angela and Rayne have spent years moving from city to city, staying just ahead of something in Angela's past. When Angela settles near her family, hoping for safety, Rayne is left to make sense of what she starts to learn. The story follows Rayne as she decides whether to face what she discovers about Angela or keep running from it.
Gameplay
Play centers on Rayne moving through a sandbox of locations and daily routines, talking with family members and following a growing quest log to reveal more about Angela's past. Choices shape how relationships develop and how much Rayne is willing to see or ignore along the way. Exploration and conversation drive pacing more than any timed challenge.

- updated so much with the backend of the game. The quest system is complete working and done so far. It needs to be finalized and the rest of the current quests need to be put in.
- The gallery has been updated as well, not such a long process anymore, and that will be maintained in a better fashion. It can also now accept videos within the gallery. I am still making the videos that go inside the game for stage 1 and also the beginning of stage 2.
- Images have all be refined for more clarity. Upgraded from 720p to 1080p or even 2K - using AI of course.
- Certain smaller errors have been streamlines as well. I did not get to the error on the what'schat icon yet. That will be fixed once I get that part of the story in place.
- I have also added a new feature where you no longer have to listen to a 1 minute clip of the same music all the time. On the top right, you shall see a music symbol. Select the song (Out of 8) and that song plays - no matter where you are in the game, or scene. It will repeat until you change it again. (It's me playing the piano as well... so enjoy)
- a new UI system will be in place next. I want to tidy up the side nav where you can see where the characters are. My idea is to make it available, or not with a click of a button. Also change the way it states some things, like sleeping2, etc.
- I have almost completed all the renders for the boxing scenes, and the mini game for it will be available next update as well. I was also thinking of doing a cooking game for stage 1 (It counts for stage 1 anyways), the shooting game where Angela will show you how to shoot a gun, and also a photo shoot area, where you choose the character, and do a shoot. That one is much later.
- Lana's story starts Stage 3 - but in Stage 2.9, her story will begin a series of events for Angela and Rayne.
