Overview
Saving Paula is a 3DCG visual novel for players who like slow-burn drama with an older lead and a household full of complicated feelings. The tone mixes humor with heavier moments of self-doubt and temptation.
Story
Paula Honeybottom gave up a soap-opera career for a marriage that fell apart after twenty years, leaving her shaken and unsure of herself. With a young man and woman living under her roof, she has to decide whether to rebuild her confidence and her life with their help, or let herself slide further down.
Gameplay
Players guide Paula and the two housemates through daily interactions and dialogue choices that shape her mood, her relationships, and her physical lifestyle over time. Decisions push her toward different outward changes and different emotional states, from gentle and open to guarded and sharp, with multiple endings depending on the path taken.
