Overview
Sandy Bay is a 3D visual novel for players who like small-town drama with a choice-driven romance angle. The tone stays grounded, focusing on personal decisions rather than fantasy or spectacle.
Story
Aimee, fresh off her 19th birthday, has to leave Sydney behind when her father's promotion moves the family to the small town of Sandy Bay. Settling into a new life means new people and new temptations, and Aimee has to figure out where her long-distance boyfriend fits into it all. The player decides whether she stays faithful or lets herself be pulled toward something else.
Gameplay
Play unfolds through dialogue choices that shape Aimee's relationships and how far she's willing to go outside her existing relationship. Decisions affect who she grows close to and what situations she chooses to watch, join, or turn down, with her loyalty or independence shifting based on player input. The pacing follows everyday small-town life rather than a mission-based structure.
