Sala's Escape

Story

Sala Blackwing, a young wizard-apprentice in the city of Nokdrov, is entrusted by her uncle with carrying a sealed black chest across the holy river. When vampires serving the ancient Red Mother come for it, Sala escapes through a hastily opened portal and finds herself facing soul-binding spirits, headless apparitions, sealed liches, and the Red Mother's own armies. Losing the chest would mean far worse than failure.

Gameplay

Players guide Sala through a sandbox world, exploring locations, managing encounters, and fighting through turn-based combat against the monsters and undead standing between her and safety. Combat losses and certain encounters lead into the game's adult content, tying risk directly to what happens when Sala is overpowered.
