Story

In the Seventh Republic, a city that has gone without sunlight since the last war, detective Hiryuu Ruka works out of the 13th Division, a unit made up of officers the force would rather forget. While chasing a case tied to a string of cult killings on his own time, his conduct gets him pulled off detective work and dropped into the Traffic Division. As he works to earn his way back to the front line, a fire at a corporate building sets off a chain of events that pulls the whole city into unrest.

Gameplay

Play moves between investigation scenes, combat encounters, and adult content as Ruka works his demoted post while pursuing his own case on the side. Dialogue and story sequences carry the detective plot forward, while action segments handle confrontations tied to the unfolding conspiracy. Voiced scenes and hand-drawn 2D art carry both the case work and the character moments.
