Rai & Kai's Awakening is a visual novel and RPG hybrid for players who want an explicit gay fantasy story with a competitive edge. The tone is playful and a little rivalrous, built around temptation rather than romance alone.

Story

Rai is twenty and has just discovered he's awakening as a Pleasure Faye, a truth his mother kept hidden from him and his half brother Kai. To complete the awakening, both brothers must spread the Passion Deity's blessing by seducing others, and their sibling rivalry turns it into a wager: whoever seduces the most people first wins a year of servitude from the other. Rai's move to Theospolis, the largest human city in the world, gives him no shortage of people to pursue.

Gameplay

Players guide Rai through Theospolis and the wider continent of Gaia, seeking out characters to seduce as part of his awakening. The game combines RPG exploration and progression with visual novel dialogue and sandbox-style freedom to choose who to pursue and when, with explicit encounters marking each successful seduction.
