Project Red

Story

Red wakes in the woods of Wonderland after a violent run-in with a wolf, bound by a curse that will kill her at sunrise unless she completes one task: deliver a basket to a woman known only as Grandma. What happens between now and then, and whether Red survives the night at all, depends on the choices made along the way.

Gameplay

Players guide Red through Wonderland's woods using RPG mechanics, choosing paths that shape her fate and the encounters she runs into. Choices lean into corruption or resistance, with skill growth and event outcomes tied to how far down that road Red is pushed. Random meetings with the setting's creatures range from tense to explicit, and the route taken changes what she becomes by sunrise.
