Overview
Project MX is a parody dating sim for players who enjoy tactical strategy mixed with school-life romance. The tone stays lighthearted, leaning on familiar character archetypes rather than heavy drama.
Story
Taking on the role of a teacher figure, the player leads a group of students through a series of tactical missions while also getting to know them personally. Outside of combat, the focus shifts to individual relationships, with the option to pursue a closer bond with specific students.
Gameplay
Combat plays out in turn-based, XCOM-style encounters where positioning and character skills determine success against enemy squads. Between missions, the game shifts into dating sim territory, where conversations and choices shape how each student's relationship develops. Progress ties combat performance to relationship scenes, giving both systems a reason to matter.

Installation
1. Extract and run. For save: To install this just go to: C:\Users\(YourUser)\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Project MX\saves And drop the extracted folder in there.

Features:
- Content for Abydos for their first day - includes taking down the Kata Kata helmet gang.
- There is a lot more buffs introduced with the Abydos students' new skills! Most of these are pretty self explanatory, however the one that is perhaps the most useful is the attack speed buff. Whenever Serika uses her EX Skill she gets an extra attack and reload action for a set amount of turns. This is represented by the red action arrow, as you are not allowed to move with these attack actions.
- Shiroko also has a 20% chance to also get an attack speed buff any time she attacks thanks to her sub skill!
Bug fixes:
- Fixed issue with animations getting stuck
- Fixed issue with shield still being present even after time out
- Several other little bugfixes
