Overview
Price for Freedom: Avarice is a top-down RPG for players who like text-heavy adventures with monster girls and romance woven through combat and dialogue. It plays slow and deliberate, closer to a classic tabletop-style RPG than a quick adult game.
Story
Set in the same world as the webcomic it's drawn from, the game follows a new cast of characters in a different town and a different time. This separation from the comic's original cast gives the writers room to build out the region's history, side stories, and the people who live in it, rather than retelling what's already been told.
Gameplay
Players explore towns and dungeons from a top-down view, talking to NPCs, taking on quests, and fighting through turn-based combat. Conversations carry real weight, with choices and relationships shaping how individual character arcs unfold, and the harem-style structure means multiple companions can be pursued alongside the main quest line.

- Hey everyone, the build 33 beta is ready! This update adds 4 new Hiho sprite scenes that can be replayed at will by resting at Nathan's inn or by making a campfire (we'll add other inns later). Each scene has a first time and a repeatable writing, and the foreplay ones can lead to the sex ones.
- They require Hiho's second scene to be unlocked. Load the save named "Build 33" to spawn in front of the new content (or use the gallery).
- The final build 33 will be released in a few days, once the testing is done and the bugs reported fixed.
