Overview
Potion Shop Schwesterherz is a 2D adventure game for players who want a mix of fantasy monster encounters and shop-life sim elements. The tone stays light and playful even as things turn explicit.
Story
Two sisters keep a potion shop running, each handling a different half of the work. One gathers ingredients out in the forest, where the potions' true key component turns out to be something only monsters can provide. The other stays behind at the shop, where the job itself stirs up urges she can't always control, and it falls to her sister to help her keep a level head about it.
Gameplay
Play as the sister who ventures into the forest, exploring and gathering materials from the creatures she meets there. Combat and sex encounters are handled through the same dialogue-driven exchange, turning seduction and conflict into a shared mechanic rather than separate systems. Back at the shop, the other sister's dealings with customers add a second thread to manage, tying the forest runs and the storefront together.
Features
- Dialogue-based sex encounters that double as a battle system
- Animated 2D art throughout
- A female-led two-character structure splitting fieldwork and shopkeeping
Installation
1. Extract and run.
Changelog
v1.01
Updates:
- FPS choices and VSynch got added into the settings
- running out of health or stamina results in +1 gossip when back at the sho
Bugfixes:
- fixed Linda's clothes buttons in the gallery; they were misaligned
- (only relevant for high tier patrons): the cheat that unlocks the (nearly) full gallery can get entered again to reverse the process. This was added to prevent a bug with the last story quest "Happy End" that doesn't take the cheated unlocked gallery into account. Now players can see what hentai scenes are ACTUALLY missing
v1.0
- The time has come. PSS is fully developed. As said in my public post, bug fixes and maybe more content updates will follow, but for now it is finished.
- Overall I'm very happy with how the game turned out. Lots of things changed during the development.
